All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is successfully placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

4. Free Shipping
Orders totaling $75.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. This offer does not apply to international orders or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
6. Shipping Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@velabeauty.com.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Check all access points and secure locations at your address.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@velabeauty.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately.
- Contact us at support@velabeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion for verified damage claims. For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we will reship the order or issue a full refund.
10. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy is governed by our separate Returns Policy. In general:
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
